Currently President of Log Analysis Solutions, a Professional Engineering firm located in Midland, Texas. Prior to forming LAS, Nick worked as Operations Manager for Element Petroleum and Manhattan Petroleum. He started his career as field engineer for Schlumberger Wireline.

Prior to coming to work for LAS, John worked in a wide variety of operational roles for Berry Petroleum and BOPCO. He started his career as a completions engineer for Dowell, before leaving to work for Sierra Engineering.

Thomas Randall Slimp, Jr.
BBA in Finance & International Business from the University of Alabama. Mr. Slimp is the founder of TRS Resources LLC (“TRS”), a privately held oil & gas company headquartered in Midland, Texas. TRS specializes in maximizing capital efficiency through the development and negotiation of acreage acquisitions in the core Midland Basin. Since 2013, Mr. Slimp and TRS, in conjunction with their partners, have grown their acreage portfolio to cover in excess of several thousand acres across the Permian Basin. In his spare time Mr. Slimp mentors with Big Brother Big Sisters of Midland, Texas.
